  • I am so excited to finally release my very first program! This has been a long time coming because I wanted to perfect a program I was truly passionate about before releasing it. I’ve put my whole heart into creating this program and have used it several times myself to ensure its validity. With that being said, I’m so happy and proud that you’ve decided to commit to yourself and embark on this 12-week journey!

    This 12-week program is a weightlifting-focused program designed for the gym. If you do not a have access to a gym; you can modify some exercises for an at-home experience; however, some various types of equipment are needed. It is a 5-day training split. This gives you two rest days each week for your body’s rest and recovery. It is designed for individuals who have some experience in the gym and who are considered intermediate to advanced weightlifters. The workouts should take you about 40-60 minutes to complete each day. It is a full-body program with extra focus and attention on your back, quads, and glutes.

    The purpose of this program is to help you become stronger mentally and physically and achieve more defined lean muscle. My main goal when I first created this program for myself, was to increase my strength and the amount of weight I could lift while keeping proper form and increasing my mind-to-muscle connection. I hope that this program not only increases your strength physically, but also mentally. I want you to transform; feeling confident inside and outside of the gym because you are committing consistent time towards your health and fitness goals.
